A Welsh mum who narrowly survived a horror car crash has revealed how one small habit she’d started weeks earlier ended up helping her recover from the incident.
Content creator Claire Lawry (@lawry_farm), from Bridgend was driving between pharmacies for her job as a regional manager when she collided head-on with another vehicle in July. The accident left the 47-year-old with a broken sternum and three fractured ribs that left her facing two weeks in hospital and months of painful recovery.
She said: "It all happened in the blink of an eye. I was so scared – really terrified. It was such an emotional time for me and my family because we didn’t know how serious it was.
